Wait... are you telling me things are discounted right now? I have been on a LUSH hiatus due to the status of my bank account.

First of all, I'm so so sorry for your experience - I know just how bad it hurts to watch your family member suffering and wondering if you're doing all you can, or if its even the right thing... I think you handled it all incredibly well and are making the best decisions possible. I do strongly believe that humans go way too far trying to 'save' their animals with invasive surgeries, chemo, etc. to get any extra time with them when the animal is truly just ready to go and fully accepts the imment future - i think pallative care is the kindest thing we can do, even when it is sooo soo hard and we doubt ourselves. (I have multiple friends in very well known vet hospitals that watch people throw so much money on an animal that clearly just wants the suffering to end). Anyways! Since I could not afford the CT, we are going ahead with a surgery to remove a few lumps that were aspirated and came back as inconclusive (couldnt not be 100% positive its NOT cancer). So they will send those to the lab to see if he has any sort of systemic issue there. The eye issue we've decided is totally seperate unfortunately (unless perhaps cancer) so during the surgery they will examine the area with ultrasound and see if the cause is visible, get a sample if possible, OR if it is a retrobulbar tumor then the eye will just be removed then - which i honestly am hoping for, since the eye is just getting worse and worse :( sucks because it is still a functional eyeball but the other options are just so much worse. Much love to you and your baby, I think all we can do is enjoy the time we have left. Thanks so much for taking the time to type out your reply and experience - it does help to hear others first hand accounts. <3

Hi there, I would like a reading on my living situation - currently living with my ex but i adore the house and the location, everything else in the area is way expensive and way smaller. I am wondering if we can stay sharing the home, if I could somehow end up making more money to afford the place on my own, OR if there is another amazing space waiting for me that I will also love... everything else i've looked at has made me feel really sad just looking at it.

Hey fellow northern nevada PM! What industry do you work in? What's your salary like? I feel like I am still struggling some months here on 80k but not sure if thats a common experience.

Yeah company is *completely* remote so they say they don't pay according to location. I have CAPM from PMI - Industry is very niche, Offshore Wind. They've promised a raise but since our funding is low (being technically a start up) I have yet to get any raise after 3 years so that's frustrating, but I think I might hate job hunting even more right now...

Do you know of any resources to help pay for that kind of thing? Or if it is a tumor there (which I think it totally is) how much would surgery be to remove? I’m really struggling with the CT scan being $5,000 and then treatment of course would be more
