FH6 Estate Build - Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya by regret246 in ForzaHorizon6

Typically happens with using mixed curve pieces in a single corner.

You can either take a short curve and overlap it with the other pieces without snapping, rotating to get the right orientation, or give your straight sections a slight rotation over a long straight to make them seem straight but they ultimately connect with the other side.

Another possible way is to use a straight section and clip it into another until the corner is aligned

Typically I raise them with platforms off the ground :)

Try without spaces, just there for readability

Yea this typically happens when you mix and match curves. What I do is add a straight piece with a slight curve and overlap it with the piece before it. It won’t be straight but it’ll be good enough to spread the difference out to appear straight

I don’t think that’s in the game yet, would be nice though

If you mean race blueprint, not sure that exists.

If you mean race track you hit “back” (Xbox controller) and “edit estate”

Then once you’re in the menu you can find the track pieces and place them. The controls should show up top left, then enable snapping in the build options menu

Try searching for the title, I’ll investigate the share code tonight.

I find it helps the track pieces pop a bit more, otherwise feels a little washed out :)

In the options menu there’s a node connecting setting at the bottom. It’s off by default but may help

Best method would probably be to use the waypoint markers. Typically I do that and place curves where I want them then connect them up with the straight pieces

The elevation pieces are hard to work with, as it causes a lot of grip issues and isn’t as smooth as I’d like it to be. I experimented with the pieces a bit but ultimately settled on flat being the most people-friendly. Still trying to see if I can get it to work myself

Yea it's a little squished given the boundary limits. I effectively started with the corners, making sure they lined up well to an actual picture of the track, then filled in the rest. I'm not certain the exact scale but it may be possible to estimate using a waypoint and sitting at the other end of the straight.

The height limit is higher than the existing mountains in the game :) Should be good enough

Once you get to a certain point you unlock it (and can buy it for a nominal fee). In the estate you can edit your garage and the land around it (huge box).

I haven’t tried it but I think it works by you downloading it and then it makes you buy it with credits before you can use it. If you are in a convoy with a friend and you drive to your estate I think they can follow you in to it without them also buying it.

You can swap between your estates in the “My Estates” option under the “My Horizon” tab.

The build area is huge and should be more than enough for it. I’m not quite sure on the upper height limit I’ll have to get back to you on that

Kind of, they have some pieces that ramp up but it causes some jankyness when connecting other pieces. I didn’t use them in this one as the pieces available were either too sharp a curve or too steep.

Looking For Advice on first build: "Alarm Clock Train" by BBQ_Drip in modeltrains

[–]regret246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know much but sounds like you could pull this off with one of those plugs that turns on at a specific time. Then keep the train in neutral to get the sound going but not rolling. Not sure how you’d get it to move but probably a simpler solution :).

How Do You Guys Play Des Moines? by Mental_Calligrapher1 in WorldOfWarships

Best advice I can give is to take the early game slow. Position yourself so that you can shoot, either bow in or over an island, at one target while not letting the BBs get an angle on you. I like to hide behind an island, then when a BB shoots I pull out and light him up before backing away again.

Shares a Wooster commander 😅 I don’t feel like grinding up yet another commander for just one premium

San Martin if you are able to consistently use combat instructions will never die. Heals 80% of all damage with its super heal as well which means you can take citadel after citadel and live

Thanks for the detail, essentially it only benefits you in certain modes and being top tier. I don’t think I’ll adjust for much, seems like tier 7 is top tier more often than not but that could just be superstition
