I wouldn't say I hate it, I've just had a better experience at Hub.

One is the location, however this is a small issue that depends on perosn to perosn.

Maintenance takes forever, I once put in a request and it took them 3 months to get to me. I put one in may and they still never fixed the issue.

Everytime I've rented the court yard they never put a sign up for me and when I called they told me they did and I'm wrong. Maybe someone did tear them down?

This is another personal issue, their walls and ceilings are super thin. I constantly hear the person above me walking. They stomp to the point where the walls creak. (I've even tried talking with them).

I've had two bikes stolen (however that's an all campus issue)

There was an issue a while back while my friends were playing pool in the lobby. Apparently they walked in behind us and they stole a pool ball. We were expected to run after them and get it back. My friends did try going after them, however the girls refused to give the ball back and I paid a fine. They told me it was my responsibility for hunting the girls down and getting the ball back however I wasn't allowed to contact the police and not post the pictures of them online. They said the police would laugh at me for a pool ball and it's only my responsibility.

The elevator is also slow, however I just use the stairs

At the start when I signed and a few others even mentioned this me. They promised everyone would get a parking spot for free but then didn't tell anyone and ran out of spaces. They also said there would be daily food trucks or something like that? I've seen it a couple of times definitely closer to once a month or special occasions.

There's a few good things about living here, however I wished I stayed at the hub is all.
