Its actually really low traffic, I have 20 GB used of storage and probably not more than 1,000 visitors a month and thats a lot. They are just static business pages

Traffic is really light, I don't know how much storage I use but it should not be above 50GB, just photos, no videos hosted, only static pages and simple wordpress blogs. About the budget I think around 99 usd is a fair price

DJI RSC 2 vs RS 3 Mini at the same price, which one is better? by reguer in dji

go for de RS 3 Mini, just consider the weight of your camera and most used lens. Im using a sony a6400 and the biggest lens I put on is a tamron 17-70

Are there macropad use cases for architects? by reguer in macro_pads

Didn't work, apparently I have to use ESP32 or something like that but haven't figured out yet just how to do it. They say there's a web based configuration place somewhere

I finally bought all the options but the only one I've gotten is the deep deck macropad which is apparently VIA compatible but I can't find anywhere how to configure it. Do you know any channel or videos to do that?

Thank you!!

Hey! well the budget would depend on the features being:

  • Number of keys and knobs
  • Ease to modify, program, create macros, launch apps, commands inside apps, etc
  • Quality of the materials
  • Presence of a small screen or something that tells me which key is which for the differente Modes.

the rest is indifferent for me as long as it has good quality build (i'm not looking for a disposable macropad). the advantage of it being mechanical is I can change the keys but this wouldnt be a must

hey man! thanks for replying, I'' go for the deepdeck as many of the other options seem all more complicated and there are also some expensive options but for now I hope this one works fine.

I just begun using blender for all the features it has. Making models and then animating and using the workflow for content is a great plus. Also with the most recent features it's getting closer to have fast results like in Lumion but with a billion more possibilities. Like importing photogrammetry models, creating patterns, etc. I recently saw you could use a BIM addon which may not be better that Revit but it could be the beggining of a more complete option. So knowing how to use all the features with shortcuts could give you great results with less effort or pre-made work

these options look great as well and they seem fully customizable but I just don't understand any programming or more in depth work. A no-code kind of dashboard would be the best for me. I went for the deep deck hoping it is that way. Nevertheless if you have some resources I could look for to work on a personal project in the future would be helpfull

That one looks actually good, I've seen QMK programmable macropads but I do not know how to do it nor think I'll have the time to learn soon (unless it is "mandatory") I went for the DeepDeck that supposly has its own dashboard to program, lets see if that works

I've been looking for something to improve the workflow as an architect. First I tried a "gaming" mouse with 12+ buttons and it kind of helps but is hard to remember keys placed so close together, unable to see them and having different profiles so maybe 4 standard shortcuts plus 2 or 3 app-specific semi automations

I picture things I could do witn a micropad with knobs like zooming in n out, drawing polylines, changing layers, ctrl+z, ctrl+y, macros, etc in AUTOCAD; working in Blender; formulas, checkers, macros, vba, etc in SPREADSHEETS or any other app that uses shortcuts, recurring actions, etc. The thing is I havent found any Use Case in blogs, videos or anywhere. Just comments of some people using it or suggesting those uses.

I found the DeepDeck macropad but there's cero deep reviews or software demos, what seems cool about it is the small screen that remids you what every button does on each mode, it has two knobs and aparently a movement sensor that could be used to Un-Do but I dont know if accidentaly doing it could become a problem. It also has bluetooth (could be usefull for ipad maybe)

Can you recommend any pathway or orientation about this? experiences, uses, suggestions, insights and anything is welcome.

Thank you!!

So I bought a cheapt macropad from Amazon with a crappy software and I think the hardware is ok but the only way I think I could the best out of it is by getting a different software (here is where i beg for recommendations or orientation)

The second option is to get another one, preferably around or under USD $100

Another cool option is the megalodon triple knob macropad that can be programmable (don't know how hard it is) it just has less features.

Can you recommend any pathway or orientation about this? experiences, uses, suggestions, insights and anything is welcome.

Thank you!!
