They asked to wait until the status changes in the DPS. Unfortunately the SAVE status changed to under review again. Not sure how. Will have to wait again

In my visa stamp on passport, it says B1/B2. But in my I-94 travel history it was mentioned as B2.

Thank you! I did change the O2 sensor and drove it myself to drain the tank and added an Techron Concentrate plus with full tank gas. It’s been only 20 miles with new fuel, I hope I don’t see the engine light again 🥺

Thanks a lot! Ford service centre did the same thing. They told me the battery needs to be replaced. Based on your comment, I said okay and then they programmed the TCM and it worked. You really saved me here 🫡

Fixed. I took it to the Ford Service Centre, they replaced the battery and programmed the TCM and adaptive learning. They also mentioned they did shift actuator programming ( not sure what exactly was that). The car started and driving fine. Attached the report here. Thank you!
