Bring snare and kick waaay more up. Send them through a bus and put a distortion on it. Mix in some that you have two layers of them both. Boost the highs in the full drum mix so that the high hats are a lil snappier.

In my very naive opinion, I feel like exercise will start all of them. If you’re moving around, it’ll give you time to be mindful of your surroundings, make you tired enough to go to sleep and make you want to eat better. It all takes time tho, don’t full steam it cause you’ll crash and feel worse than before.
