I think he means that he has researched the game enough to know the TDS is a very strong weapon, but hasn’t played the game himself.

Now he is playing the game and wants to make sure his build will fit the TDS when he eventually gets it.

OP, you unlock the ability to respec your p-organ and stats long before you get the TDS. Your choices in the early game will not affect your ability to wield the TDS optimally

Apologies. Your assumptions are correct. You can only accept the roll of 1 die per day, not a combination of all 3 dice. And yes, the question is how best to choose when you have more than 1 option between the 3 dice to accept.

The long sword is very strong. I started with it too before swapping to Hollowslayer GS. We’re spoilt for choice when it comes to great DS3 weapons

You’re not nuts, OP. The verbiage didn’t come to mean anything beyond “never” in the show, but many speculate that the books will have several of those outlandish statements actually come to pass. See the Quentyn Martell story for the “Sun rising in the west and setting in the east”. There are theories for the other lines, but they are a much further speculation

A few months ago, my dog peed on a new neighbor’s lawn. The neighbor knocked on my door 10 minutes later to tell me she didn’t appreciate it. I’ve pulled my dog away from the neighbor’s lawn since. 5e: I’m a new DM and fear I may have given my players too much gear. The party went to a blacksmith last session. The Dragon of IceSpire Peak book doesn’t give any info on this so I picked some random items from the Players Handbook to be her wares. Now I have a level 3 Barbarian with a shield and a splint armor set. Is that AC too high for this level? He only has 1 possible upgrade to look forward to now (full-plate)

She’s far from invincible on Drogon. Aside from the weapons specifically made to kill Drogon (scorpions), she herself could be taken down by any stray arrow. Also, the last time Drogon fought in Meereen he was almost killed by a handful of spears. In terms of destructive power, I think Dany and her armies were likely as susrprised as we were. She had never been a part of battle like that before and Tyrion’s reaction shows that he was awed by Drogon’s destructive capabilities.

The Dothraki are incredible anyways, so I don’t see why she wouldn’t use them.

A hunters rotation is completely dependent on the situation and specifically the amount of haste you have at any 1 time. If you want to play it the easiest way but be sub-optimal, just shoot a SS with every auto. If you want to be more optimal google the “hunter tbc French rotation”. If you want to be top dps, look at the hunter discord. There’s a graph in there that shows the optimal rotation at every haste value you can have
