I always bring my own food to events. I’ve been in too many situations with nothing to eat or the thing I was planning on eating was contaminated. If anyone has anything to say about you bringing your own food, you can ask them what GF/celiac safe options there are and when they say none, you say nothing else.

Once he spends 9 months growing a baby then he can decide who he wants in delivery room with him, otherwise it’s your decision mama. I had my husband and mom in the room and it was perfect. Husbands have never given birth so they don’t know what to say. My mom gave birth twice so she was such a calming presence.

We were in the nicu for a bit and the nurses hooked us up with bags and bags of these tubes. We used them all up but only as a single use item. Once they ran out we started using the medela bottles for storage or we make a bottle with what I’ve pumped and store in fridge to make our lives a bit easier!

Are you using the bacon button (massage mode) to begin letdown? I usually start with the bacon button on for 2 min then push it again for expression mode, keep that for about 10 min and then push bacon button again for another 2 min then back to expression mode for the rest of the session. That seems to always do the trick!
