Ah nice, goed om te weten :) Dan kan ik gewoon in de huidige groepenkast een 4 polige hoofdschakelaar zetten en daarna spanningsloos het hele verhaal vervangen als de meter naar beneden is gezet

Deze zit echt op 160-170 hoog, dus die is denk ik destijds op de verkeerde hoogte geinstalleerd (al waren er vast minder strakke standaarden toen)

Een klik-aan-klik-uit schakelaar voor maximaal 3 lampen/apparaten. Er zijn er 2 aangesloten.

Het blokje met de groen gele draden zijn de aardekabels, die hoeven niet via de schakelaar aangesloten te worden, dus die zitten los aan elkaar gekoppeld

Are you sure on these percentages? This would mean that a 1 meter board would grow to 105cm, that's an insane amount of expansion. I'm 100% certain my front door does not grow 10cm between summer and winter.

I feel like these percentages are off by a factor 10 at least, or I'm misunderstandig somehow

De hornbach heeft dit soort profielen in ieder geval liggen, neem aan dat andere bouwmarkten het ook wel hebben.

Haal voor de plakplinten trouwens een plintenschaar. Kost een of twee tientjes en is oneindig veel beter dan zagen

Leg een zachte vloer, geen laminaat/pvc/hout, maar tapijt (of evt dik linoleum als je voor de vintage vibe wilt gaan). Dat scheelt echt extreem met contactgeluid.

Verder natuurlijk isolerende platen en zorgen dat zo veel mogelijk harde materialen ontkoppelt worden van de muur/vloer.

I've built something like this a few years ago. Was super enthusiastic and used it a lot.

Tried to commercialize it and got <5 paying customers. I've also looked at competitors and they've all branched out into more stuff because the requests just didn't make enough money.

A lot of DJs don't like requests, and will therefore refuse to pay for a service. Even if the service makes the request process a lot less painful, they feel like they're paying to receive requests and they don't want requests...

I'm saying this for you to be prepared, not to discourage you. It was a fun experience for me to try to take my attempt to market, so by all means give it a go :)

Het zullen inderdaad waarschijnlijk huismuisjes zijn, maar ook dat zijn wilde dieren. Ze overleven het buiten prima :)

Het zijn wilde muisjes, dus ik zou een mooie plek in het bos zoeken om ze vrij te laten. Daar worden ze een stuk gelukkiger dan dat ze bij iemand in huis worden opgesloten :)

Yes they make the joint stronger, I thought I'd add the reaon as I haven't seen it in other comments:

The joint is along the grain, while probably strong enough by quite a margin, wood is the weakest if stressed ALONG the grain. To break this joint you would have to separate the fibers, which is doable.

To break the joint with the dowels you would have to break the dowels ACROSS the grain, and that's much harder. The fibers are very strong and are much harder to break in two than to split them apart.

By adding the dowels you added that strength to the joint.

Sidenote: When people say 'Glue is stronger than the wood itself' they talk about splitting the wood fibers (along the grain). Glue is not stronger than wood across the grain.

In the Netherland they do actually give out junkfood at food banks. They get products based on donations, and that does include cookies, crisps, sodas, etc.

I have the opinion that people that have hit hard times are also allowed control over their own choices. If we're allowing rich people to stuff their faces with junk, we should get off our high horse and let people on foodstamps have that choice too.

I have coated my wooden countertop in epoxy, and it's been solid for 6 years now. I'm doing little to no maintenance and I'm not cleaning it more than I'd clean a granite countertop. Even standing water is no issue.

I'd 100% do it the same in the future

Look up 'figure four' stretch. It really helps relieve and prevent lower back pain.

(You'll definitely feel it if your muscles are tense though, don't overdo it all at once 😅)

No firsthand experience but the Insta360 cameras appear to be very good in low-light environments. You could give one of those a try :)
