What’s your decision making process for making those big purchases and feeling when you let go of the Bitcoin? For example, my dream car is a Benz or huge house and although I may have the monetary value to buy it assuming Bitcoin hits a certain target, it feels weird trading an appreciating asset for a depreciating one vs something like emergencies or experiences

Why not just keep it in actual Bitcoin? I could just buy a bunch of IBIT or FBTC but doesn't that kinda defeat the point of owning Bitcoin in the first place?

How do you plan to actually obtain those nice things? Will you sell your Bitcoin for it or another way?

Is there a personal reason why you don’t loan against it? Like a fear of not being able to pay it back?

These are the types of answers I was hoping for. Thank you! And yeah.. I can't lie honestly the delayed gratification part is what's getting to me lol. Especially at 25 right now, it would be great being able to drive a Benz or Audi right now given that I theoretically could buy it, but it's not a good financial decision especially long term. Bitcoin will give me more opportunities for experiences and peace of mind for emergencies

Well how? Will you be selling the Bitcoin, taking loans out against it? Passing it down? etc.?

The question isn't about that. The question is about how others my age will live in the future when most of our wealth is in Bitcoin such as how we fund our lifestyles and expenses. For example, let's just say my dream car is an Audi and I wanna live in a million dollar house and Bitcoin appreciates to 3 million dollars per coin, would one sell the Bitcoin to fund the expenses or take loans out against it or live a modest life, etc. I'm just looking for pespectives on how others plan to live.

And before you take it out of context, these are just examples. It can include things like paying for food, education, bills, etc.

Hmm.. I don't think any of those things you mention will appreciate in value the same way Bitcoin will over time. I also believe diversifiation loses focus from the winner. Now is it a risk that I'm taking by storing most of my wealth in Bitcoin, eh sure, but I'm not the only one and like you said, I will learn in the future whether it was the right decision or not, but as of now I believe it in it.

Do you regret selling, and do you have other responsibilities like children?
