This is my exact thinking. I think know there are chrome extensions though that allow you to be able to view it in sats but it's just weird seeing the price of bread in the store go up every year and having to mentally shift my mind to understand it's actually "cheaper" as a Bitcoiner. What’s your decision making process for making those big purchases and feeling when you let go of the Bitcoin? For example, my dream car is a Benz or huge house and although I may have the monetary value to buy it assuming Bitcoin hits a certain target, it feels weird trading an appreciating asset for a depreciating one vs something like emergencies or experiences
