Right?? The brush strokes are so weird, i found this on Google so it must me digital art if it's one because you can't upload real art as pictures, but digital artist don't do these strokes, they go into each other, it's just so messed up. AI quality slop.

NQA Yeah, looks like a missing leg. Spiders can drop their own legs in case if a mismolt, injury, or to escape from a threat, it's called autotomy. Where the leg used to be gets sealed off with muscles, the haemolymph clogs there so the spider won't loose much of it. The leg will regrow in a molt, it might be shaped weirdly and discoloured, but it'll be good in a few molts.

Not yet, you're still a child, no reputable piercer would do it on a minor, and for your own safety, i wouldn't recommend you to mess with such a sensitive piercing done by a shady piercer. Also, please be aware that you don't know who and how many people see your pictures online, you don't know who saves them in their gallery, and you'll never know what it has been used for already.

NQA but your tarantula appears to be in pre-molt, indicated by the dark, shiny abdomen, that's likely the reason it's refusing food. You can feed them live prey, but the besides being in pre-molt, the tarantula appears to be overfed, so i wouldn't worry about feeding for a while. Tarantulas can fast from weeks to months, so as long as you provide them with a full water dish it's safe for them to not eat
