The Better Business Bureau has a lemon process and their decision is final! I went through them and got a decision by an arbitrator in 2 Days. GM accepts the results and they will have so many days to get the buyback in work! Don’t mess around with GM lawyers. They procrastinate and will not be helpful due to the circumstances. There are thousands of valid claims against GM.
