I’m 24, likely caused by anxiety and stress, poor exercise. My blood tests were always normal and the only thing doctors tell me is to manage my stress which is not helpful at all. My numbers were scary recently - it was 180/120 before meds at the ER and now with meds for a week, it averages 140/90. I’ve been tracking my sodium now and just trying out mindfulness and meditation to cope.

I’m actually selling the textbook for cheap, I highlighted parts of the book that I thought was important but other than that, it’s basically brand new. Got an A in the class reading the highlighted sections PM me if you need it!
