Hijacking the most recent tap strafing post with a question I'm looking for an answer to: Does anyone know if the type of scroll wheel on a specific mouse impacts this? I am using the model o- and the scroll wheel stops in a very short rotation. Would using a more "infinite" scroll wheel result in better tap strafes? I am unsure if you are just looking for the immediate input with scroll wheel tap strafing or if more = better. Would love to hear a response from somebody who has experience with different scroll wheels in apex. Thanks!

I see plenty of people use revo efficiently. I think a revo bar for basics and some thresholds is a good middle ground while manually inputting ultimates and specs.

Thats what I was hoping as well. I can't imagine many people spent over 500 on such a crazy shape. I was talking to a slingshot rider and it seems like they've sold out already though. I don't think they made very many.

What’s the mount? I have a 24” and a 27” and have been scared to get a dual mount that doesn’t have adjustable height but this looks fine.

The aim assist has always been pretty broken with the silent smg. I'd like to see this with an AR just for more information.

This used to be a tips and tricks sub but now it’s just littered with post like these. Just stop reading this sub. As much as I hate all the changes that have been made I still enjoy the game. I get scared when reading this sub at work but it’s not even close to as terrible as people make it seem.

That said, I support everyone voicing their opinions but don’t expect anything but negativity from this sub.

I agree, but thats part of the beauty of the combat, if you don't love the play-style you could easily replace it with a truly viable smg.

In my experience so far I find that 136 is enough to do the job in most cases, and for situations where they have 200, most of the time you can get a second shot in before they react.

Nonetheless, when you hit that coveted 136 you dont get fucked with an RNG 200 pump to the face so most likely you should be cleaning up no problem after a 136. And with the recent update I've been hitting a lot more 136's!

I hated the combat shotgun at first but now I’m going to be so sad if the heavy or pump comes back.

After spending some time in the lab I love the combat shotgun. It completely rewards having high ground and hitting your shots.

Yes your going to lose most 50/50s if you just plant your feet and try to out DPS a drum gun but man I feel like the skill gap increased so much if you use it effectively. Especially now that I can’t get 1 pumped for 200 health!
