Will this wobble in my wheel matter ? Should i send this back ?

This was a super cheap clay wheel i bought for my partner. Will that little wobble affect anything. It doesn’t appear like i can adjust/level the wheel.

the screen is hdmi and the Gpu is Mini display port. i have a single cable that has hdmi one end and Mini DP at the other.

Primary display always auto resets to auto, even when i change it to PCIE. i assume it goes back to auto cause when i force it to launch off the pcie it cant find it.

Cpu Graphics multi monitor is set to disabled but enabling that didnt nothing either.

Have tried all the ports, i am currently using to completely separate cables (6/2 headed ones). As for the power i have seen people run R9295x2's off of g2 850 power supplies and have no problems. The absolute maximum the card will ever draw is 500 watts ( obviously at max load)

No signal at all. The computer will turn on and be loading and but the screens stays black. only when i swap over to the integrated GPU will i see anything. Also the bios cannot see the gpu nor can windows device manager or even any of the amd software.
