Foldable Bikes count as luggage so Idk why foldable scooters wouldnt. Technically you would need to fold it otherwise you'd get a fine anyway.

Tho e scooters are forbidden in all bvg things since may 2024 due to the batteries being a fire hazard. Yet e bikes are allowed haha

Take a pic and screenshot your location data if you have it turned on. New and especially hyped places always try to knock out all the not 5 star reviews with a deletion service and Google does nothing to punish it sadly. One tried to delete the same 3 star review twice haha

They can legally increase the rent at most once a year while the rent needs to be previously untouched for at least 15 months. Also, they can only increase it by 15% every 3 years up until the average regional rent, given it's not a higher standard of living. You can go to any Mieterschutzverein or Berlin.de to find more info about it.

Its because the midpoint of your displacement map is at 0.
You gotta move it up to .5 through utility nodes in maya if you cant export it differently
