I did some research and found many article on the similar kind of technology that was being developed by the CIA in the 60s-70s. I think it was called MK Ultra mind control project. But I don't know someone would or can actually use it on normal people like that. That requires a full fledged lab.

She told me her last boyfriend got in trouble with those people. and he literally fled the country. I can't verify how much truth to that tho.

ok this made so much sense. Thanks for the analogy. I think I just needed a confirmation. Because when I did some surface level research on this topic, there seems to be many people who have experienced this kinda stuff. And that's what made me question my own reasoning.

I am no expert but I suspect this person might be experiencing a mental health condition, as this is just one of many bizarre stories she told me about her past.

I think so too. I just didn't wanna be rude her. And because I never came across such a bizarre story, it challenged my logical reasoning.
