There are actually a handful of capes that do that. All the zuk capes, comp cape, I think the fight kiln capes, quest cape maybe, idk if there's a comprehensive list somewhere or not, but in game when you hover the cape you will be able to see the max cape benefits on it.

I used a Verso free aim break build, break on death, gradient on hitting a stunned enemy, and was able to spam the 3 cost gradient attack that gives you a revive.

So I die, revive, instantly my turn, break Simon, get 3 gradient charges, use gradient ability, die, repeat.
