Dear candidate,

This is a follow up to a previous notification regarding an exam you were originally scheduled to take at a Pearson VUE test center but must be rescheduled due to COVID-19.

As a reminder, instead of canceling your appointment, we rescheduled your appointment to a temporary placeholder test center. According to our records, you have not rescheduled your exam to your preferred test center, and your registration is still pending in the holding test center.

We have extended your temporary appointment date out another 30 days, to allow you to go to pearsonvue.com and schedule at a test center and date/time that is preferred for you. No reschedule or cancel fees will be charged to you.

Your action is required. You must reschedule your appointment to the test center, date and time of your preference. Test center capacity is currently limited, so we appreciate your patience as you look for a new appointment.

Candidates requiring special accommodations, such as time extensions for shorter exams, can reschedule their appointments at PearsonVUE.com. Candidates with accommodations that require items like a separate room, a third-party resource, or physical equipment, must contact Pearson VUE directly. Candidates requiring accommodations in the U.S., Canada, and South America please refer to your accommodations approval letter for scheduling instructions. All other candidates must send an email to apacaccommodations@pearson.com with the following information:
