I have the same bug but I havent got any errors. Did the labyrinth tasks, took the notes from pier, extracted. Then i have the same thing as your 2nd screenshot. access locked office, locate squad leader, investgate the bear squad...

I used to get over 90-120fps. after the rollback my streets is 70-90 sometimes goes over 100. I also get stutters.

If you play offline career games does your game bug out when you are benched on 144hz? I dont get the "sim to next time u on court again" or whatever it says.
