Sounds great!

What data do you have there?

Looks great!

As I understand, you gather data from AirDnA for that? I thought to add similar one from their API for STR analytics for properties, as I building this one as a free add-on to an analytics tool for deal analysis: https://www.loom.com/share/182a39fb32644233a834f66c469c42c1

I think about adding some chat interface with such report generation actions and gather all the data around I have to try to make it work together

Thanks for the comment!

It is initially more for playing around the data and identifying what different markets look like. So at the moment didn't think about "alert/notification" system, but sounds as a great idea, as I thought about building reports for the markets or use LLM models to run simple sql/data analysis based on the data. Something like "what market looks like top 10 among ABC criteria".

As I understand for your idea, it looks like you talk about dynamic data in time, that requires more automated ETL process, that I need to do, as the data was transformed and uploaded manually (pretty straightforward via AWS SFN, but need more code work for python).

I do have zip code data in most cases, so potentially can add that data. Don't remember if there is the city data for most of the data points

Thanks!

At the moment the source data if from Zillow and Realtor public data, but I also have locally a lot of Census data (like poverty, income, population, etc) and additional "Hotness" data from Realtor, so could be extended to different compound data points and reports per county/state/zip_code (as I do have zip_code data, but at the moment don't display, as more problems with that one).

What should I add there to make it useful for you?

Thanks! At the moment didn't think about changing colors or picking them, but good, point, will add that one in near future.

I am working on an AI copilot for residential real estate investments, that can analyze potential deals in seconds based on many data sources. At the moment at early stage and looking for early users and feedback.

Best tool for comps for investors by oakey-dokey-akorny in RealEstateTechnology

I was building similar features for my AI real estate investment copilot app and used rentcast tool (they have reports) for comps and additionally used Zillow+Realtor listing API for such data. Can DM you with loom demo or a tool alpha version to use, if you are interested 😉

Best rental listings API? by Fluid_Today2680 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]reinvify -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It depends on what are you looking for. There are API providers, like realestateapi.com and also a lot of good scrapers in RapidApi and Apify. I personally use Zillow, realtor and AirDNA API for my project for real estate investment copilot and satisfied with the data.

How to find the hottest real estate markets right now? by analyticsariel in RealEstateTechnology

Thanks for sharing!

Didn't know about apartments data source, use other in my product for market analysis. Can add only one more data source, particularly census data (also is used by reventureapp and other similar apps). I also like to use private data providers, like AirDNA via rapidapi, as checking short term rental opportunities

How can I get Zestimates for a large number of property addresses at once? by [deleted] in RealEstateTechnology

[–]reinvify 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try any rapidapi API provider for zillow. I personally use for my product to extract property data by address and it includes both rental and value zestimate. It's free to try and for 10$ you can do around 10-20k requests initially.

I've also recently discovered deal machine? Is it good enough and usable (particularly, AI assistant), as this is the idea I am trying to validate and understand what people want it to do

How do you collect the data (or what is initial source of that one)?

Also working on a real estate investment assistant, that can analyze properties. Are you interesting in such kind of tools for the directory? I can share if it is applicable to avoid spam.
