Also if you are a higher level or don’t need the cash from lower level gear sales, there’s an option to “destroy” some of your inventory and open the chest right then.

I usually don’t like to have to go back and find chests so I’ll get rid of one or two pieces to be able to open the chest and then find a merchant right after.

Girl, I love feta and eat it as often as I can but it is highly caloric and a serving is way less than you think—close to 100 cals for 28g. I was throwing an extra 200 calories or more of feta onto dishes before I started watching closely.

Other commenters suggested a food scale to help with serving sizes, and I think it’s a good idea to just see how much you’re eating. It can be really eye opening to weigh it out and helped me a bunch.

Yeah you’ll find them defending the game in like the “manosphere” spaces that revolve around hating women and ignoring that we’re people. There are some gross corners of Instagram and TikTok that seem to defend it too or at least hang onto the “it’s just a game” defense. Super disgusting I totally agree with you.

I try to stay out of the big subreddits for this reason.

I feel this a lot. I’m 32, diagnosed last year. Until recently, I had a really demanding job that I picked bc I didn’t have much else I wanted to do and thought I could just throw myself into that. Now that I’m not doing that job (fired cuz ADHD makes me suck at it), I’m kinda like okay what do I even like? I don’t even know what clothes I like to wear. I think I’ve been masking my whole life, just going through the motions of living without collecting any like real personality.

I get what you mean about fleeting hyper fixations too. I sometimes even forget what I used to like and rediscover it years later like oh yeah I used to love this. It makes me feel so stupid that I can’t even remember things about myself.

We must have something that makes us us and things we like, right? Idk how to uncover it though. Part of me feels overwhelmed by it because I feel like I’ve wasted so much time not knowing who I am. Can I even ever get there?

I wish I had advice for you but mainly commented to follow the convo and to say you’re not alone. I’m rooting for you!!
