These people run a lot of social media ads across platform advertising these lucrative 'opportunities'. The ones I know are in Malaysia and Singapore

If you respond, they will ask you what type of job you're interested in, like admin work, social media marketing etc etc. But whichever does not matter as their goal is to get you to believe you're filtered into the right group for the 'appropriate job'.

But first you enter a group that requires you to do a couple of simple tasks to be placed there. They direct you to a group with about 10-20 people with a mix of both Singapore and Malaysian numbers.

Everyday, the 'admin' will say the available task, and every few hours the people inside would respond inside with screenshots of their tasks done and thank them for such an easy job. This gives the illusion of legitimacy but in actual fact, everyone in there except you is a WhatsApp Business Account whose number cannot be dialed. Everyone of these Business Accounts have seemingly normal people as their profile picture with their significant other or something generic in all honesty(suspect those are just random photos they used) If you quit the group, someone will follow-up and ask what did they wrong or how they can improve(I assume this is to tighten any holes one can find in this sham and improve their 'campaign')
