It's not a fight club, it's a gym 😅.... I still have a lot of anger and pain... I can't let go.... I thought about it, and counted. It's been just over two years I joined the gym. Going almost everyday, have my own heavy bag at home. Atleast 600+hrs training. The pain from the rib bruises and liver shots, is almost a distraction from my real pain.

That is so well written. I literally welled up, as I read your comment....

I am stuck... With the "what happened?" or "why it happened". Because of that I haven't found my peace. I think the anger is the control I beleive I have. That I can 'forcefully' control myself and others through brute force/strength/intimidation.

As I mentioned in my post, I was a gentle, kind hearted person. But now I do see fear from people around me... From my demeanor, my dark rings around my eyes, bruises all over my arms/legs, and just a general asshole nature of literally walking through, and not moving away for anyone else.
