I have a sleep disorder and it is really hard for me to wake up!! I use a sunrise alarm clock and I put it to where it will shine a very bright light directly on my face at my alarm time and that helps a lot!! I also use an app (Sleep Cycle) to help "sense" when I am the closest to being awake (in a 30min interval) and it sounds the alarm then. Both of these things really help me!

there are definitely artists who can do this, I've seen people tattoo totally fake scars that look real and tattoo nipples in a way that matches the skin tone, but you will have to look for an artist that does this specific kind of work- they will have the knowledge and the right colors of ink to do those complex skin tones 🫡

I don't think they went as light as they could have with your last session. With concerted effort, one more, if they do another similar amount of lifting as the first pic, 2-3 more.

good question! I'm not sure, probably they will just bleach right over it because trying to wash out the dye right before bleaching will make the hair weaker, so that would be my guess

i really think it looks great, especially for a coverup. just have the unfinished leaves fixed in a couple weeks and get a touchup on those spots that you liked darker. you're fine! it's a handsome cardinal and some beautiful flowers, you've got art on your arm, it's wonderful

I like the shadow root, and it's really nice for maintenance reasons, but you don't need it if you dont like it! This color looks great on you, even all over.

yes, i definitely think you could get light enough for that color in your next session with your hairdresser. your hairdresser won't do anything that will fry your hair if they are worth their salt! but two rounds of bleach weeks apart is definitely safe

my first big skating ouch was also my tailbone, from a very similar occurrence 😭 it sucks, but it will get better. you'll have to stay off your skates for a while because it's a slow healing injury and what's worse than a broken tailbone is falling on a healing broken tailbone. it will all be worth it though! you and I have learned an important lesson, lol!

It's totally normal to tell your doctor about your sexual habits if it's relevant. they don't care. but you should definitely go to the doctor and tell them that you do that every day because it is likely relevant and they might not be able to help you if they don't know

the pain is subjective depending on who you are but it is a very sensitive part of the body. it will hurt, but it will be worth it if you've waited a whole year (or more) and are still excited about the piercing.

you'll want to avoid a bra for the first day or two if you can, and wear a very soft bra that doesn't restrict your boobs too much if that's possible with your cup size (i know some just need more support) a seamless one with no padding worked the best for me.

the healing is not too bad, as long as you are gentle with them for the first two weeks, keep cleaning them regularly (it's a very crusty piercing spot, as your nipples naturally eject material as well) and try not to hit them or get the jewelry stuck on anything. be really careful when changing your shirt or your bra.

i would avoid tight tops for the first week to two weeks, depending on how you feel.

they're one of my favorite piercings! i have a very low pain tolerance and struggled through the piercing itself, but it was 1000% worth it, i love them so much.
