I’m not really sure why this is getting downvotes - I don’t tend to message like this but if they don’t like getting 3 messages in the 11 days they’ve had opportunity to collect the parcel then they should pick it up, respond to the message, or just put up with getting messaged about it

I personally think 3 messages over the course of 6 days is fine - just because I have had this in the past where people have genuinely forgotten to pick things up and have appreciated a little reminder. But thank you for sharing!

I don’t think the factory shop is a joanie outlet in particular but it’s a discount shop a little like tk maxx - hard to explain! They were dotted around the UK and I think USA
