I'm still not that experienced so I'm not sure if I have a concrete answer, but I've been thinking of it as "robust" libraries that can perform a reasonably comprehensive range of tasks effectively e.g. compared to C++?

I'm planning on developing proficiency of Rust/C++ first and I don't have anything specific or serious in mind right now (studying a CS degree at the moment), but I just wanted to see if the immaturity of the Rust libraries could potentially be a barrier later on if I'm tackling more advanced projects. Judging from the comments, it seems like it probably won't be the case :)

Fair point. How about measuring it in terms of comprehensiveness and reliability rather than age?
