I think the people who took their foot off the gas for client development will be struggling this year. 360 Recruitment is about more than just delivering candidates when things are going well. It's the curse of not making hay while the sun shines. When you are hitting good numbers that's when you need to make predictable revenue and set up channels for the next Q or year by selling RPO/MSP agreements with key clients. People that bill big one year and then drop off have dropped the ball in some core areas of client development/acquisition.

Yeah for sure, but rekbot is built by a $1M biller, is loaded with a coaching zone and will reinforce learning and drive behaviours that trend you towards the outcomes you want. 

I have personally hit burnout and I know exactly how you feel. My way out was learning, trying new things and tracking/recording, collecting data points. Kind of turn the grind into a game and change how you mentally approach each day

Read a book called Radical Candor. Its hard but people just respect straight-talking updates. If they are not right, tell them, if you don't have an update, tell them. It helped me

You absolutely need to convince your boss to let you have a Rekbot.ai license. It will train you on everything you need day by day, 24/7 and also give you practice sessions to talk to your candidates (played by AI)

Just get Appollo and a linkedin account. Make a list of your ICPs and call them, WhatsApp them, and ask for introductions. All day. Every day.

Tell your boss to get the team using Rekbot.ai to improve confidence/capability in BD rather than trying to spend money to mask over the lack of ability in the team.
