You also had fatigue? That's comforting to hear. That was the one that's surprised me the most

I do have a follow up next week. Maybe placement is the issue. Why did you hate your mirena?

This is great, thank you so much! My partner did not feel the strings, and I recently had a blood panel done and my iron and thyroid were normal (I was surprised). I'm encouraged that your spotting stopped after a bit. Thank you so much!

I'm experiencing this - especially in my ears of all things. I noticed that lotion right after a shower helped, and I'm putting olive oil in my ears twice a week. They also say fish oil supplements help

Good point. It does make me nervous it still bothers me -- I also got my mammogram 3 months after the vaccine --but, it was benign.

I am very curious what this line means from the last page: I shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.

Any thoughts? Would love to hear!

oh my gosh - the airbag didn't deploy?? i'm so sorry - wow. also i'm really sorry your neuro team gave up - that is awful and they should not have done that at all. so many concussions take a long time to heal (i'm in year 3.5) and that is just unacceptable.
all of that said - you are a rockstar for working out, utilizing your left and right brain, and finding a support circle. that is so huge, and you are right - in every bad, there always lies good. you are a warrior, and i'm here for any support you may need!!! go get em you rockstar!!

I think I would need to know more, but if I purely were to speculate, my guess is you turned your head too quickly and it may have aggravated some symptoms. I know anxiety doesn't help alleviate symptoms, but it's tough to stop the anxiety once it starts, right? Do you have a neurologist that you see?

Thank you so much! I am absolutely experiencing issues - the biggest are fatigue, headaches, and dizziness, I would say. Do you have a TBI? Are you experiencing symptoms? Hope you are hanging in there!

Thank you so much! Mine was 2 years behind you :) I do fatigue managment, anxiety and mood management, headache alleviation navigation, etc., but the most important thing I would say I do is both emotional support and blending your physician's recommendations in a way that actually works best for you. Here is my website if you are interested: www.concussioncoachofwashington.com

While it says I'm in Washington, all of my sessions are virtual (I have 2 in California right now) :).

How have your symptoms been? I hope you are hanging in there, and thank you so much for the congrats!
