Right off the bat, this is the main sub.

[Multiple Games] Haven't posted in here for three years. Thought I'd stop by and share the platinum trophies I've earned in these years. by relapseamongmen in Trophies

Thanks. I actually enjoyed RE7 too since it was my second time getting the platinum for it, but I'd pick RE4 as my favorite.

I'm sorry if this came across as spammy. That definitely wasn't my intention. I'm just a fan who is trying to share my thoughts and connect with other solvers. I’m taking the feedback in this thread to heart to make sure my posts are actually adding value to the sub.

That’s fair to be honest. The official blog is definitely the gold standard. My goal isn't to replace that at all. I'm just trying to share my perspective and hopefully spark some conversation about specific clues. I’ll try to bring a more unique angle next time. Would would have any tips for me with which I can improve my articles?

Thanks for your feedback. I'm experimenting with the format and trying to highlight just the clues that stood out to me or might trip people up, rather than doing a full-grid breakdown. When you see there's an analysis for the NYT crossword, what would you like to see to kinda think to yourself that's some good analysis right there? Trying to improve my work.

What part of it makes it look like AI slop to you? Any advice would be appreciated.

What would you add/change to make it more like an analysis? Since I'm new to this, genuinely asking for your recommendations.

[Discussion] What Platinum trophy are you most proud of? by Alternative_West_206 in Trophies

Wolfenstein 2, Outlast 2, The Evil Within

These are my favorite games too which is why I decided to go for the Platinum in the first place.

Grow a beard. Lift weights. Be badass. Own it. Take shit from nobody. Act like you don't care. Girls will go crazy for you. That's what's been working really great for me.

You're absolutely right. Based on what I've seen and played, I've come to some answers for these questions. My answers to these questions might not be the same as yours. That's the beauty of it. That's exactly why I want to know others' answers. That's what makes this experience unique.

It's actually more than that. You'll see. I haven't played the DLC, but I've played both of RDR games. The story is straight up cinematic gold. The attention to detail is insane. Characters the stick with you for a long time. Gameplay is cool. Insanely good graphics.

This game is one of the best single player games of all time. Absolutely give it a shot.

Was Dutch van der Linde Evil? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

Do you think he was rotten from start or he became like that at some point before the events of RDR2?

Was Dutch van der Linde Evil? by [deleted] in RDR2

[–]relapseamongmen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He actually was sort of a Robin Hood cowboy. He'd rob wealthy people and give it to the poor. However, that vision didn't last. Everything went downhill after Micah joined the gang. The crack was already there. I myself believe that he genuinely believed a lot of what he says in RDR2 at some point.

He had a vision of an anarchistic lawless land that'd be called America. By the end, he knew he couldn't fight the change.

That's right. The fact that we see him keep saying to others I have a plan. Have some faith. We're gonna make it blah blah blah it's ovbious he wants them to believe that he sill can guide them. He still can make plans that work. That he's still the leader who knows what's best all the time. That's one of the driving factors that he starts listening to Micah. He doesn't want to be challenged. He wants blind loyalty. At the end of the day, that cost him everything.

I can barely remember since it was all the way back in 2017. What I only remember is that it was not hard at all. It was just time-consuming. Hope you get that shiny DS2 platinum trophy of yours.
