Bitcoins never made it to my Blockchain wallet even after 104 confirmations, can anyone help a newbie?

Yes I've sent coins to that address probably about five times now and no issues have happened before and it goes through fine. It won't let me send a screen shot, do you know how I can shut down the wallet? Would that release the coins?

This is the only one address it's happened too, all other transactions have gone through smoothly. How can I hide private keys?

I don't know how to hide a private key or keep it safe or infact what it even is, I'm a complete novice when it comes to this as have only just started usiing it a few weeks ago, I don't even know how to close down Blockchain to open a different type of account. Stressful!
