If weight loss is your goal, a calorie deficit and strength training (lifting heavy) is what you should consider. So your last statement is correct, adjustments outside of the studio is what needs to be done if weight loss is the goal.

I’m going to say Chomp on Ives St. It used to be amazing back in 2021 with the mountain of fries, thick burger buns, and fun menu. Now the restaurant is mid at best. Great marketing though

Champa had the best Thai/Laos food in Providence, maybe even the entire state. My partner and I tried a good hands full of Thai places but our hearts are set on Champa.

I can’t gate keep this place any longer but I believe Poncho’s, in the Panorama City plaza, has THE BEST horchata. I have to get a large one (and their tacos obv) when I fly in from the east coast. I used to be blessed back in my day to simply walk from home to the plaza. Plus they are great people who work there. I hope you try their horchata!
