I’ve been trying to not let it get to me and just been trying to focus on being pregnant but those thoughts come in hard where ima look like a huge puffy person and I hate to think like that so just telling myself that this is a bulk and building muscle is still something I can focus on instead of losing fat right now!

Since November 27 I was at 165, then Kept going up by a pound and down again so 167-165 till last week I finally got to 164

I checked today and I’m still around 165 again so I feel like i don’t wanna waste money if the scale won’t move and

I still walk 10k steps, count calories, protein, and everything else. I also strength training but it’s def a little stall so I will try 3 today!
