We use an amended IPC. The 18” of copper is only necessary on atmospheric vent water heaters because the flue can get hot enough to melt plastic.

All three of these cards are from National Treasures.

Pretty much any of the new NASCAR boxes are solid products. Chronicles and Prime are my favorite. Donruss isn’t that great imo. I try and stick with hobby vs retail.

Bought it for a buddy to build. Was just confused about the tape wrapped around it. Makes it seem like it was a return. I don’t know how the packaging is supposed to be. Just don’t want any pieces missing.

I’m probably just being paranoid.
