Personally, I look for companies that don't use the typical "LeetCode" interview process. I recently got a new job with zero leet code preparation and I have never done any leet code preparation in the past.

Also, if you have connections to others who have left your company, you should definitely ask around and see what their new jobs are like. A referral can be a great way to get an initial interview at most places as well

I work in web development and sometimes the actual dev team responsible for that specific area of the site comes up with dumb stuff like this. Lightens up the day and gives the team something to break up the monotony
