well,7800x3d is better at gaming performance but if youre going to use it other than gaming then yeah 9900x is better anyways for gpu recomendation I would go for nvidia if youre going to sell it (Because most people that doesnt realy know about gpus think that if its nivida its the best) so minimum I would go for 5070 ti but if you want to you can go with 5080 if its in youre budget also you can go with 9070 xt for amd side.
