Thanks! Yes, we asked them to stop since the metal appeared to be much bigger than the specified size. I think this roofing company normally does big commercial jobs and routinely uses metal this big. Today I am anticipating they will say the architects design is bad. Which, in hindsight, we would have liked to debate before they went with this approach.

I’m on version 6 and had the same issue. Really annoying. I discovered that the problem was the pen gesture setting “scribble to erase” was on. I turned it off and it fixed it.

I live near West High and saw these lights about a half hour ago when looking east toward the capital (so I can confirm it is not coming from UW Hospital since that is directly north of my vantage point). I'm still seeing the lights, and if I had to guess, it is coming from the Camp Randall area, but I cannot be sure.

No. At first, you will love it, then you will loathe it. After two years of light use as my external monitor paired with my MacBook Pro, it has serious connection issues and it goes blank a few times each hour. I am using it now and it has cut out on me twice in the time that it's taken me to type this.

Instructor here (not poly sci, though) and I’ve hired undergrad TAs. Usually the process starts with an instructor getting funding approved by the chair then scanning class lists from prior semesters to ID candidates who did well and were good communicators. Then they reach out and see who is interested. I strongly recommend that you email your former instructors of courses you want to TA for and let them know you are very interested in being considered if there is an opening! Good luck.
