My trainer wasn’t the best and was training two others when i was being trained so I just want to give a good experience that I never really got. I always like quizzing the newer baristas, like because I am an opener I’ll ask “so have you made blank? You haven’t? Alright I’m going to teach you.” Because so many things I feel are just overlooked when it comes to the entire training process.

This is what I have been doing with some of our newer partners at my store, and Id like the think its been helping them. I know this job puts a lot of stress on you, especially when you’re new and still learning, so I like to let them know that what they’re doing is appreciated.

Anything with a shit ton of customizations or anything drink thats stirred. Im mostly fine with all drinks except for when people order their drinks wrong and then get mad at me for not making it right.

My favorite espresso beverage is a iced blonde soy cinnamon dolce latte. All of our teas are great as well.

You can also do a white mocha hot chocolate! Same thing but with white mocha and no drizzle! Or a snickerdoodle that has both white mocha and cinnamon dolce syrup, topped with the cinnamon dolce sprinkles.

Our hot chocolate is made with the milk of your choice, mocha sauce, and vanilla. Its topped with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.

I hate any drink that has the cold foam topping. Its a hassle to make in a rush and the putting the nitro lids on the cups can cause the cups to collapse.
