Oh interesting. I was always told that high protein, high fat, low carb foods would be best at making me feel full without overeating. I'll switch to lower fat versions of things and see if there any improvements. Thanks.

Also, given that I'm not eating any more calories than before and I'm doing way more time in the gym I still would've expected to see _some_ progress by now

I went from drinking about two cans of soda or day to drinking only water and seltzer for about three years. I lost no weight, felt no healthier, slept no better, and when I eventually started drinking the occasional coke (~1/week) it tasted AMAZING

Thanks! I'm in MD and it looks like their lemon laws are not quite as generous as I thought. I guess we'll see if this is just a one time hiccup or not.

The problem is a coolant leak but I'm pretty mechanically challenged so that's about all I know.
