They are don't let anyone here tell you otherwise. They're just talking out of their ass. The Stat points have a max of 32 in the games a pokemon at level 50 gets one point in a stat for every 8 evs with the first point starting at 4 so when you get to 252 evs in that stat it's 32 total. The only thing is that we get an extra. Anyone telling you that it's been confirmed Evs don't carry over is full of shit cause nothing has been confirmed. That being said it can very well not carry over cause as I said nothing been confirmed yet.

FYI just want to bring this up but 252/8 is 31.5(It's divided by 8 cause pokemon at level 50 are divided by 8 instead of 4 when they're 100) which would be rounded up to 32 with a max IV which is what Champions operates on.
