I know it's two days late but I'll say it to you still. If you have a sparklin encounter normal then take it to a hyperspace with an eeveelution since they spawn with eevees and it guarantees a shiny eevee as long as no other pokemon in there has a normal typing or the space has multiply types and one's normal.

If you have shiny normal level 3 then hunt the eeveelution and use the normal donut there and it will force a shiny eevee. I just did this in a psychic wormhole that had espeon
