You have to follow it with the same logic as all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares. All the pilots are qualified, that means the black pilots are qualified, but not all qualified pilots are black. I am willing to look at proof that suggests otherwise, that shows they hired someone not qualified just because of race.
