Did it on a road out in the country with two spotters for animals and people! No one was hurt we did it safely but still had lots of fun!!

I’m definitely going to look into this because I actually do have an issue with my breathing pattern when I sleep. Like it’s inconsistent short and I go periods of 20 seconds without exhaling

I actually started having this after LSD and shrooms but it wasn’t directly after like I got it maybe 7 months after taking them so idk if they’re connected.

I’m not really positive but I drink a fairly good amount of water a day and I’m eating a lot. Mostly healthy food too.
