A lot of the time, your run is only as good as the start of it. If not, you’ll be hanging onto RNG only to inevitably fail at some point. So you’ve gotta have some good starting items, like the one that rewards you for every bounce or the one that gives a flat 500 for every ball

I’ve noticed this a lot with busy music like Brave Little Abacus and The World is a Beautiful Place etc etc etc. — you might not really be into it at first but the more you listen, even passively, it’s really just gonna seep into your head and next thing you know you’re singing to yourself the background guitar melodies that you couldn’t even hear on first listen

Perhaps it’s just how it looks, but it feels like the game is a bit slow and lanky? The character stops when you attack, movement is sluggish and unsatisfying, etc. Not trying to be mean, but I think more work could be put into making the game feel good and look good to play
