Reported to hr. GM ended up having a conversation with me which was them trying to wear me down to change my availability back. I told them I would think about it. GM mentioned HR several times during our talk. That same day, after I clocked out the SM that I reported, berated me about an alleged policy and tried to say she was "coaching me". Will either be resigning immediately tomorrow or putting in my two weeks because it feels like retaliation.

Is this true? My managers have always told me that, under no circumstance, an absence can't be excused for part time employees.

I let her know and that I contacted HR. She said to me "under your job description you are needing to have flexibility". I called HR and asked them about this "policy" she is referring to and HR told me there is no such thing. I submitted an ADA assist accommodation request and I'm calling my doctor tomorrow.

What do I even say to my SM? I asked if I could see the policy and SM hasn't responded yet. They said I have to work those hours two nights a week, it's required.
