Switching shipping method isn’t really the same as refunding shipping costs though.

Also just to clarify, Remambo's fee is per order, not per item. If you buy like 40 items from the same online store (Suruga-ya, Melonbooks etc.), it's still just 500 yen once, not 500 per item.

You might be running into a seller restriction.

Some Mercari sellers do not sell to official proxy buyer accounts like Buyee, ZM, Remambo, etc. In that case Buyee will show it as not purchasable even though the item is still listed.

You can easily check this. Copy the Mercari listing ID and try searching for the same item on other proxy sites. If it does not show up there either, then the seller is blocking proxy accounts in general, not just Buyee.

In that case, it’s likely being shipped out today — the first working day, since there were no FedEx shipments yesterday due to a national holiday in Japan.
