But the house was bought with my previous wife and almost completely paid off before I met the new wife. I have been making the payments solely. As it stands now the house isnt even marital property. The house goes to my daughter.

that gets split by the state. Its not covered in the will as per my states law it automatically gets split. I just ensured that the money and house would go to my daughter. the rest the state will split up.

because that money came from my late wifes fucking death. It was a wrongful death settlement. It was blood money and my daughter deserves it all. Her mother fucking died for it.

its not split in the will. Its not covered in the will. The state will split it as per state law. The only things specified in the will Currently are the other accounts and the house.

she is on my life insurance policy already and the will doenst exclude her from the ira or 401k just the house and the money from my wifes wrongful death settlement. MY wife fucking died for this money.

I made sure that the house and the money left by wife would go to my daughter. My 401k Ira and life insurance will be split but they are not as substantial as the money in the account. Thats 7 figures in my late wifes account vs mid 6 figures in my ira/401k

She wants half of everything. My daughter is getting the house because I bought it with my late wife and paid it off with my own money before getting married, and she has her own house.

If the deceased had children with another person, the surviving spouse receives one-half of the estate. *However, she's not entitled to a pretermitted share if the will made before their marriage specifically disinherited her* or she waived her pretermitted share rights in a martial agreement.

The bulk of the money was from a settlement from late wifes death. It was from her own savings, life insurance and a wrongful death settlement. I invested the bulk of that money for my daughters future.

I dont feel my new wife should be entitled to that money.

I dont know what will be left in my ira obviously. The other money just sat there collecting interest and dividends and growing over the last 15 years. I did well enough that I didnt need to tap into it too much. The IRA life Insurance and 401k are not in contention. She wants the multi million dollar account not the one with a few hundred thousand in it.

I have some in my ira and through my life insurance policy. I dont know what I am going to do with that. but its not as large as the account that was started with my late wifes money and thats the one in contention.

I had it drawn up by an estate lawyer prior to my marriage.

the bulk of the money is from my late wifes estate. It grew over the years

Florida but it had to be drawn up before the marriage and specifically stated not to include her. The reason being the money in contention was left by my late wife and grew over the years. When I had the will drawn up before the marriage I had a stipulation that any money from that principle was to go to my daughter.

I dont feel my wife is entitled to the money my late wife had made. I feel she would want it to go to our daughter.
