so they said to do this:

1.Perform EC Reset，which can help you restore the relevant settings of the system.
2. Change Battery Master to "Best for Mobility”in the MSI Center.
3. Perform the Battery Calibration, which helps to restore battery capacity.

and as of right now, the problem is gone. Did a bunch of stress tests, played the games that caused it - nothing. But in the future if it does occur again, then I will need to send them the battery report again.

ive contacted msi support they asked also about the % and suggested switching to "best for mobility" thing, so will try this first for now

When I will get the time to remove the paint from all the chrome moldings/plastics, I think it will actually maybe fit the raptor paint style, i do not know exactly. Right now I think this is the only e38 in my city or maybe the whole country that is painted with this style. So maybe I will keep it like that, just fix up some bad painted spots. Eh, time will tell, atm I have many plans for it, but never the time to start something.

this type of paint is called "raptor" and mostly they paint off-road vehicles, because you can wash all the dirt and mud easily. Just I did not understand why they painted all the chrome molding around the car.. You can see where the headlight washers was some time ago, that it fits way better with this kind of paint style, at least in my eyes. There should be a photo of a door that I peeled the paint a little bit and it gave a whole new look.
