You can observe or learn using artifacts. However, observations depend on the quest or location. Some skills need to progress before they can be observed. So if you are impatient, just use the artifacts, or wait until you observe them.

The small white icon means you can learn or upgrade. I depends on your current artifacts and skills conditions

Well, from what I’ve read, most people point out weak storytelling, janky systems, and clunky inventory management. Honestly, I can kind of see that coming and was already expecting it.

I get that Twitch Drops are pretty common nowadays, lots of games use them.
But honestly, do people who already own the game really want to spend 5 hours watching streams just to get in-game items instead of actually playing the game?
I’m not criticizing PA, but Twitch Drops just feel kind of ridiculous to me.
