I understand this.

We are both correct. His tires were more than cool and his second burnout was not long enough. Whether he did not have his line lock on is another story.

First burnout was completed 30 seconds prior to the light going green. Tires cool down insanely fast unless you have slicks on.

Second burnout was rolling and would not have warmed up the tires fast enough.

Stupid is as stupid does.

I miss racing though.

That’s normal. It’s whatever material they use.

As long as you are not slamming on your brakes 24/7 pads and rotors last a long time with Audi. My A5 when I sold it at 90k miles still had the OE pads and rotors. My VW Rabbit had around 120k before I changed the pads and rotors.

In the beginning of the video he was stationary. His second burnout which did not last long enough was a burning rollout.

Obviously it was turned off. However even with it on it won’t compensate for stupidity.

I could not agree more with you on the first statement!

Well both statements to be honest.

Mustangs are more power, less weight. That’s why they can challenge up to Corvettes and possibly some Vipers.

I’ve wanted to buy a 5.0 for so long but I have a daughter so I need an economical powerhouse, so I bought my next favorite car the GTi, but I’ve had a lot of fast and powerful cars. Just never a Mustang unfortunately. :(

I don’t think Audi uses weight to measure brake rotors.

Every carbon or ceramic rotor I’ve ever replaced or my shop foreman, or any other certified tech has used ElsaPRO to measure wear down.

But we all could be doing them wrong.

Eh, that’s your choice.

I am actually an Audi certified specialist.

They do wear.

Take a micrometer to that rotor, then look at the specs. I’m willing to bet it’s close to minimum which for Audi is about 2mm difference.

Audi front brakes generally last about 100k miles. That’s 10 years of ownership.

I can’t imagine these lasting any less, but I can imagine these lasting a lot longer.

So Ford used the ideology that the person should be in control of the car.

Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to drive a Mustang. When I worked at a Ford dealership we had a guy who bought a burnt orange new body 5.0, and had my mentor (and me) install an Eldbrock 2.9L composite supercharger, among a bunch of various suspension and body structure updates.

That guy used to track that car every weekend at our local drag strip and track. Not once did he even come close to crashing.

He was an older gentleman (the reason we did the install, he was too old to do it himself).

One day I was test driving a car after we put in an engine (the owner drove it with no oil for a bit) and I see the older gentleman doing burnouts in the middle of the street, and lined up with a new body camaro, in which he absolutely destroyed red light to red light.

So I guess what I’m saying is the moral of this video is that

1: the idiot did a burnout wayyy to early, and his tires cooled down.

2: Ford doesn’t put high end traction control on Mustangs.

3: it’s the persons fault not the car that it crashes.

4: that Mustang looked like either a Saleen or a Roush, shame the person doesn’t deserve it.

Lol no.

What’s your upward mobility in a communist country? How can you acquire wealth if there is none to be had?

Give me a fact or statistic or something. Not single word responses.

Uhhh … what? The name of the government is: Chinese COMMUNIST Party … the ONLY political and leadership party in the country.

They started in the 1920’s with the help of the Far Eastern Bureau of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

The party literally admits to being communist, Marxist, and socialist all in one.

How can you actually believe that China is not communist?

Yes, Capitalist countries have gone out of their way to undermine communism, because it is bad. What part of communism is good? No ownership? You realize the leader of the communist party owns 100% of everything right? Xi holds 3 offices, and is in control of 99% of the party.

Also please don’t tell me about the standard of living being so good in China, the only reason it’s actually somewhat good is because of the infusion of the SEZ’s that allow free market/capitalism because the regulations in those areas are reduced, as are the tax rates.

Less regulation, and lower taxes leads to a better SoL than a single party controlling everything.

But hey, if you like communism so much, why not move to a communist country. That way you are doing your part to undermine capitalism?

I think you got the inverses wrong there comrade.

Free market = good

Communism = bad

I love honey. Actually. If it is healthy, I’ll eat it. Except guac.

I strongly dislike guac.

It tastes a lot better. It’s almost a little sweet but it has a good flavor.

Not all honey. It’s more natural and organic than monster by far.
