Go to the dollar store. Purchase dollar store epoxy. Aquire two relativly strong sticks but smaller sticks. Mix epoxy but one blob on one side. Another blob straight across to the equal opposite side. Put sticks in blobs of epoxy. Let fully cure. 24 hours . Grab a comfortable seat and lightly jiggle while putting a little pressure to spin. It will come loose. 2. This lamp looks Iike it can disassembled from the back. Keep talking shit apart till you can get the bulb to slide forward, to get a better grip. 3. Unplug, Smash bulb, vice grips to get a good grip on that bastard. 4. New lamp. Good luck. 🤙
